4 bedroom two story home – close to the beach and Innes National Park

Blue Breeze is a double story holiday home located in the new section of Marion Bay and close to all that the southern Yorke Peninsula has to offer. With two living areas and great views of Innes National Park, this home is close to surfing beaches, fishing spots and walking trails.

The location, on an elevated block of land on Shearwater Crescent, gives wonderful relaxing views of the surrounding countryside. A short walk down the Esplanade takes you immediately into the national park and its walking trails. As Blue Breeze is located behind the Esplanade, we are only a short 100m walk to the gorgeous Willyama Beach.

Please note that the Blue Breeze is not able to accommodate pets (pets are also not allowed within Innes National Park) and that smoking is not permitted within the house.

Blue Breeze is a family friendly holiday home. We have included a Nintendo, Wifi and SONY PS2 video game system as well as many children’s books, board games and some children’s DVD’s to help occupy the children’s time.

Additional Guests – $25.00 per guest

Refundable bond $200

Compulsory $130.00 booking/cleaning fee is added to all bookings, this ensures that the properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
