There is a front facing undercover BBq and dining area that flows to a fire pit and seating area in the front yard .There is a large back yard that includes another BBq on the side deck. This home is a perfect place to launch your fun filled stay at the Bay or chill out with your family and friends and laze the days away.

Compulsory $130.00 cleaning fee is added to all bookings, this ensures that the properties are cleaned and maintained after every booking and to a high standard.

Refundable bond $200– bond will be refunded within 7 days after departure after the housekeeping inspection
